Planning and Facilitating Your Credential Program Meetings

Meetings! Meetings! Meetings!

Learn best practices for making the most of your, your staff’s and your SMEs’ valuable time.

Routine meetings are part of the typical life cycle of credentialing programs. Hear from our panelists on how to facilitate your credential program meetings, determine the best format for your meeting, and decide which important meeting objectives should be considered to ensure an efficient and effective meeting for all involved.

Topics include the pros & cons of hosting your meeting(s) in conjunction with your annual conferences, meeting facilitation methods and formats, considerations and limitations for in-person or remote meetings, recruiting and onboarding SMEs, and more.
