Good, Great, Greater – The Successes from 2020

2020 caused many organizations to completely shift their processes which has resulted in lasting changes for the certification landscape. Organizations have taken this opportunity to create new and innovative opportunities for assessments all while sustaining the integrity of their credentialing program and maintaining credential holders’ engagement.  During program you will have the opportunity to hear what other organizations have done to combat changes in the past year, and participate in three breakout sessions, to further explore topics of your choosing. Topics include:   

• Successes on remote proctoring
• Successes on hosting virtual exam review meetings / SME / content related meetings
• Changes in initial certification and recertification due to pandemic restrictions and concessions
• Fulfilling the backlog from 2020 and how to maintain the integrity of your credentialing programs while meeting accreditations and industry needs
• Discuss options on whether to revert fully or partially to pre-pandemic credentialing practices; what did your program finally go away with? What did they finally adopt?
