Evolution of the Industry: Moving From Discussion to Implementation of AI- This session delves into the evolving landscape of credentialing and assessment, highlighting the transition from discussion to practical implementation of AI. Our diverse panel will share insights from various certification organizations, representing different industries and their unique journeys toward integrating AI across operations management, assessment design, and program development.
The first segment will feature panelists exploring the operational and program management aspects of AI adoption. They will discuss strategies for addressing real-world challenges, such as mitigating AI-related risks and enhancing the candidate experience through improved access to information.
In the second segment, the discussion will shift to AI’s role in assessment design and development. Panelists will focus on the journey from decision-making to implementation in assessment design and development. They will cover key steps in the assessment development life cycle, including Job Task Analysis (JTA), test specifications, item writing, item review, form development, and form review, highlighting innovative ways to enhance programs using AI at each stage. The session will conclude with an open Q&A, offering participants the opportunity to engage with the experts and further explore the topics presented.
