Join the Certification Network Group (CNG) for an interactive virtual panel as we explore how credentialing organizations can embrace lifelong learning and implement innovative pathways for certification and support. This dynamic session will feature real-life case studies, open conversation, and actionable strategies for driving change, especially for candidates who don’t pass traditional exams.

Panelists will share successes and lessons learned from programs that broke the mold, with a special focus on alternative learning pathways, flexible credentialing approaches, and immediate audience engagement. You will gain insights into economic and mission-driven realities facing the field, learn how organizations support diverse learner outcomes, and tackle tough questions about maintaining rigor, equity, and impact.

Panelists:

Ashish Rangnekar is CEO and Co-Founder of BenchPrep, a leading enterprise digital company. Tracy Petrillo EdD, CAE is a thought leader in continuing professional education, adult learning, credentialing, certification, and leadership development. She serves as Chief Learning Officer for CASBO. Dr. Petrillo was awarded the highest national honor for staff, the ASAE Professional Performance Award and is a past Certified Association Executive (CAE) Commission Chair who speaks nationally on learning innovations and educational technologies to nonprofit, medical, corporate, and education audiences; and advises on educational strategy planning to create actionable initiatives. She earned a doctorate in educational leadership and management with a specialization in human resource development. She is a pioneer in digital badging. She designs and implements micro-credential programs that drive competency-based education and non-dues revenue. Dr. Petrillo also conducts credential value research within professional associations. 

Jasmine Rockett is a dynamic Non-Profit Healthcare Executive with extensive experience in Learning & Certification. As the Director of the Inteleos POCUS Certification Academy, she has driven corporate growth, enhancing global visibility, and diversified revenue opportunities. Her passion for equitable access to healthcare and education and unique approach allows her to leverage business acumen and industry knowledge to maximize program potential, revitalizing underperforming initiatives, and innovating new systems. Jasmine has a BA in Information Technology and advanced certificates in leadership, DEI and much more.
