This CNG Virtual Event examines how credentialing professionals can leverage psychometric data, as well as other program data collected, to guide policy decisions and program offerings.
Certification and Assessment-Based Certificate programs generate a wealth of data. This panel presentation will explore how credentialing leaders can move beyond routine reporting to use data strategically to inform policy decisions, program design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Panelists will discuss practical examples of how data can guide decisions.
